Available destinations, delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout. Orders are processed after payment and any required age or identity checks have been completed. Tracking details are sent by email when available.
Receiving your order
Delivery may require an eligible adult to accept the parcel. An order can be delayed, cancelled or returned when age, identity or delivery eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Returns
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return in accordance with applicable consumer law. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, unsealed or used pouch products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact customer support promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and affected items. We will review the issue and explain the available replacement, refund or return options.
